Adventure Payment Plan – Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

The ADV Travels / PSI Dive LLC Adventure Payment Plan allows travelers to reserve a trip with a non-refundable deposit and pay the remaining balance in scheduled monthly installments prior to departure. Participation in the payment plan constitutes acceptance of the terms outlined below.

2. Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of $750 per traveler is required to secure a reservation.

The deposit:

• Is applied toward the total trip cost
• Is non-refundable under all circumstances, including voluntary cancellation
• Is transferable only at the sole discretion of ADV Travels / PSI Dive LLC

A reservation is not confirmed until the deposit has been successfully processed.

3. Payment Schedule

The remaining balance after deposit will be divided into equal monthly installments based on the departure date.

All installment payments:

• Are automatically charged to the payment method on file
• Must be completed no later than 60 days prior to departure
• Are the traveler’s responsibility regardless of reminder receipt

Failure to maintain a valid payment method does not relieve the traveler of payment obligations.

4. Final Payment Deadline

The full balance must be paid no later than sixty (60) days before the scheduled departure date.

If the full balance is not received by the final payment deadline, ADV Travels / PSI Dive LLC reserves the right to:

• Cancel the reservation
• Retain all payments made, including deposit
• Resell the traveler’s reserved space

5. Missed or Failed Payments

If a scheduled payment fails:

• The traveler will have seven (7) calendar days to resolve the payment
• A second failed payment may result in cancellation of reservation
• All payments made up to that point are non-refundable

ADV Travels / PSI Dive LLC is not responsible for overdraft fees or declined transaction charges.

6. Cancellations by Traveler

All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

Deposit is non-refundable.

Payments beyond the deposit may be refundable only if:

• The cancellation occurs more than 90 days before departure
• ADV Travels / PSI Dive LLC is able to resell the traveler’s space

If cancellation occurs within 60 days of departure:

• All payments are non-refundable

Refund eligibility is subject to vendor policies, supplier agreements, and recovery of funds.

7. Cancellations or Changes by ADV Travels / PSI Dive LLC

ADV Travels / PSI Dive LLC reserves the right to cancel or modify trips due to:

• Insufficient bookings
• Weather conditions (as detailed within specific trip info)
• Safety concerns
• Force majeure events
• Supplier cancellations

In such cases, travelers will be offered:

• A full refund of payments made
OR
• Credit toward a future trip

ADV Travels / PSI Dive LLC is not responsible for non-refundable airfare or personal travel expenses unless otherwise stated.

8. No Financing Relationship

The Adventure Payment Plan:

• Is not a loan
• Does not accrue interest
• Does not constitute consumer financing

It is a structured installment agreement for travel services.

9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback after agreeing to these terms may result in:

• Immediate cancellation of reservation
• Forfeiture of all payments made
• Additional recovery actions if necessary

Travelers agree to contact ADV Travels / PSI Dive LLC directly to resolve any disputes before initiating payment disputes.

10. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

ADV Travels / PSI Dive LLC is not responsible for losses resulting from:

• Personal emergencies
• Medical conditions
• Travel disruptions
• Airline delays or cancellations

Travel insurance may provide reimbursement for covered cancellations.

11. Limitation of Liability

ADV Travels / PSI Dive LLC acts as an intermediary between travelers and third-party suppliers including but not limited to hotels, dive operators, transportation providers, and activity operators.

ADV Travels / PSI Dive LLC shall not be liable for:

• Personal injury
• Property damage
• Delays
• Schedule changes
• Acts of negligence by third-party vendors

Participation in adventure and scuba activities involves inherent risk.

12. Agreement

By enrolling in the Adventure Payment Plan and submitting a deposit, the traveler acknowledges:

• They have read and understood these terms
• They agree to all payment obligations
• They understand the non-refundable nature of the deposit
• They accept the cancellation policies outlined above
