DISCLAIMERS
These Trip Policies, Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern participation in any tour, trip, retreat, adventure, custom itinerary, or travel service (“Trip”) organized, arranged, or facilitated by Adv Travels/PSI DIVE LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking a Trip or submitting payment, you (“Traveler,” “you,” or “participant”) agree to the following terms:

1. BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS
Deposit Requirement:
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation. Deposit amounts vary by Trip and will be specified at time of booking.
Final Payment:
Full payment is due no later than [60/90] days prior to departure unless otherwise stated. Failure to pay by the deadline may result in cancellation of your reservation without refund.
Late Bookings:
Bookings made within 60 days of departure require full payment at time of registration.
Payment Methods:
We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other approved payment methods.

2. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
Standard Cancellation Schedule (Example):

90+ days before departure: Deposit non-refundable; remaining payments refunded.

60–89 days before departure: 50% of total trip cost non-refundable.

0–59 days before departure: 100% non-refundable.
Certain Trips may have stricter policies depending on third-party vendor agreements.
No refunds will be issued for:

Unused portions of a Trip
-
Early departures
-
Missed connections
-
Weather-related disruptions
-
Personal circumstances
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance.

3. TRAVEL INSURANCE (STRONGLY RECOMMENDED)
Travel insurance is not included unless explicitly stated. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers:

Trip cancellation/interruption
-
Medical expenses
-
Emergency evacuation
-
Lost baggage
-
Adventure activities (if applicable)
Failure to obtain insurance is at the Traveler’s sole risk.

4. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Participation in adventure travel activities, including but not limited to hiking, cycling, bikepacking, climbing, water sports, wildlife excursions, and remote travel involves inherent risks.
By booking a Trip, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks, including:

Physical injury
-
Illness
-
Death
-
Property damage or loss
-
Exposure to remote or hazardous environments
-
Acts of third parties
-
Political instability
-
Natural disasters
-
Mechanical failures
-
Acts of God
You confirm that you are physically and mentally fit to participate.

5. RELEASE OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless Adv Travels, its owners, employees, contractors, guides, affiliates, agents, and partners from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

Participation in the Trip

Travel to and from destinations
-
Third-party supplier actions
-
Negligence of independent contractors
Adv Travels acts solely as an intermediary between Travelers and third-party providers.

6. THIRD-PARTY SUPPLIERS
We contract with independent suppliers including but not limited to:

Airlines
-
Hotels
-
Transportation providers
-
Local guides
-
Tour operators
-
Activity outfitters
We are not responsible for:
-
Supplier cancellations
-
Delays
-
Insolvency
-
Service failures
-
Accidents caused by third parties
Each supplier’s terms and conditions apply independently.

7. ITINERARY CHANGES
We reserve the right to:

Modify itineraries
-
Substitute accommodations
-
Change guides
-
Alter activities
-
Cancel a Trip due to safety, insufficient participation, or unforeseen circumstances
If a Trip is canceled by Adv Travels (not due to force majeure), Travelers will receive a refund of amounts paid, minus non-recoverable expenses.
We are not responsible for incidental costs such as flights, visas, or personal equipment.

8. FORCE MAJEURE
Adv Travels shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters

Government actions
-
Pandemics
-
Border closures
-
Political unrest
-
War
-
Labor strikes
-
Weather conditions
In such cases, refunds may be limited to recoverable amounts from suppliers.

9. MEDICAL & HEALTH REQUIREMENTS
Travelers are responsible for:

Ensuring they are medically fit
-
Obtaining required vaccinations
-
Bringing necessary medications
-
Disclosing relevant health conditions
We reserve the right to remove a participant whose condition poses risk to themselves or others.

10. PASSPORTS, VISAS & DOCUMENTATION
Travelers are solely responsible for:

Valid passports
-
Required visas
-
Entry requirements
-
Customs compliance
No refunds will be issued for failure to secure proper documentation.

11. CODE OF CONDUCT
We expect all Travelers to:

Respect local laws and customs
-
Follow guide instructions
-
Refrain from disruptive behavior
We reserve the right to remove any participant without refund for conduct that jeopardizes safety or group experience.

12. PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA RELEASE
By participating in a Trip, you grant Adv Travels permission to use photographs, videos, or other media taken during the Trip for promotional purposes unless you submit a written opt-out prior to departure.
​
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Adv Travels’ total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Traveler for the Trip.
We are not liable for:

Indirect damages
-
Consequential damages
-
Emotional distress
-
Lost income
-
Travel delays
-

14. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Sarasota County, Florida.

15. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of this Agreement is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This document constitutes the entire agreement between the Traveler and Adv Travels and supersedes any prior representations or agreements.
