TERMS & CONDITIONS

Eligibility:
The Roatán Free Spot Giveaway is open to eligible participants who are 18 years of age or older. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of ADV Travels and its affiliates may be excluded from participation.

 

Email Signup Requirement:
To enter, participants must provide a valid email address and subscribe to the ADV Travels email list. The email address used for entry must not have been previously subscribed to the ADV Travels email list prior to the start of this giveaway. Each eligible new email subscriber will receive one entry unless otherwise stated.

 

Prize:
One (1) winner will receive one (1) free spot on the designated Roatán trip offered by ADV Travels. The free spot is based on double-occupancy accommodations. The winner is responsible for any costs not specifically included in the giveaway prize, including but not limited to airfare, personal expenses, travel insurance, optional activities, and other incidental expenses unless otherwise stated by ADV Travels.

 

Double Occupancy:
The complimentary spot is based on a shared, double-occupancy room. The winner may be required to share accommodations with another traveler. A single-occupancy upgrade, if available, will be at the winner's additional expense.

 

Winner Selection & Notification:
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The winner will be contacted using the email address provided during entry. The winner will be announced/notified approximately 90 days prior to the scheduled travel date. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the specified period, or is otherwise determined to be ineligible, ADV Travels may select an alternate winner.

 

No Purchase Necessary:
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.

 

Trip Availability:
The prize is subject to the dates, availability, itinerary, accommodations, and terms established by ADV Travels for the designated Roatán trip. The prize has no cash value and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash or another trip.

 

Email Communications:
By entering, participants agree to receive marketing and promotional emails from ADV Travels. Participants may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time; however, unsubscribing before the winner is selected may affect eligibility for the giveaway.

 

Changes & Cancellation:
ADV Travels reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make it necessary. ADV Travels reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, duplicated, or otherwise violates these terms.

 

Release:
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless ADV Travels, its owners, employees, contractors, partners, and affiliates from claims arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance or use of the prize, except where prohibited by law.

This giveaway is sponsored by ADV Travels. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta, or any other social media platform.
